The LH Group – Papaioannou, which includes brands such as Lapin House, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Vilebrequin in its portfolio, is leading the way by investing in and operating two photovoltaic stations and one solar park, aiming to cover nearly 100% of the energy needs of both its headquarters and its entire network of physical stores.
We are proud to be among the very few business groups in Greece that have achieved almost complete energy independence, relying exclusively on green energy for our headquarters in Peristeri and Kifisia, as well as for our 40 stores across the country.
After two years of continuous effort and strategic investment, we have achieved something truly significant: near-total energy autonomy and zero CO₂ emissions across all our business operations.
The Group is at the forefront of the green transition, having invested in and now operating two photovoltaic stations and one solar park that supply nearly all our energy needs. The energy produced is enough to power approximately 1,300 households annually, contributing to the reduction of around 5,000 tons of CO₂ emissions each year.
This was a natural evolution—a necessary step to align the values we’ve upheld for the past 50 years with our day-to-day operations, aiming to leave the smallest possible environmental footprint for the next generation.
Responsibility means investing not only in what makes you bigger, but also in what makes you better. In initiatives that leave a mark—not on the environment, but on what truly matters. In investments that make you proud. Because our goal, for 50 years now, has been to grow by creating a better world for our children—a world tailored to their needs.
Through this initiative, the Group reaffirms its commitment to operating in a sustainable, environmentally responsible, and innovative way.
